Passing the time between class and doctor’s appointment, strolling around this hood where I haven’t walked in a long time, if ever.

Gonna be a hot one…
Back to morning walk with a thick fog over the City, but clear skies on Larchmont. Love seeing Redwood, Palm and Eucalyptus in one fell swoop.

High water mark for steps today with Walkathon and parking on the other side!!
Then, Thomas and I had a date in Pacifica: Rosalind’s baked goods and coffee, followed by a walk by the pier.

Been curious about this since we drove by the sign on our way to Big Rec on Sunday. Turns out the STOW in the lake formerly known as Stow Lake was an anti-semite and so the name was changed.
Didn’t see any blue herons (I def associate those more with DelMarVa), but a lovely walk on the inner loop of the island.

Walking to/from St. Anthony’s and then a random stroll through “free day” at the Botanical Gardens. SF is a study in contrasts!

What? It was meant to be stopping at the Botanical Gardens (when my intended destination was Blue Heron Lake/Stow Lake) bc I ran into floutist Derron, my old SSPP / CCD student running the hot dog cart!!!

Fall ball starts…

Decided to tackle the stairs—inside and out after the LAST Board meeting for the Lone Mountain Alumnae.

Quick stop for potty and grabbing my last 1000 steps.
Thinking of James’ life from Sandy Hook to Annunciation today. This is where we went the day I was induced.

36th anniversary visit to the West Coast for Tommy and Freda!
